GB Galvanizing Service is a certified Quality Endorsed Company (Licence No. QAS440) in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. The quality and reliability of service provided by GB Galvanizing are the concern of every person in the organization and not just the sole responsibility of the Quality Department. GB Galvanizing is committed to supplying a galvanizing service, to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4680:2006, to meet specific customer requirements from pre-tender stage through to receipt, processing, testing an delivery of products.
All materials from our suppliers will be required to reach an acceptable standard laid down by GB Galvanizing specifications and/or the appropriate Australian and International standards. GB Galvanizing will maintain a Quality Assurance System, the function of which will be to ensure that the companies policy of continuous improvement of the quality of it's service is maintained.
The Quality Manual and associated procedures define systems that will ensure quality service conformance to customers expectations and needs. Where the customer's requirements are not specific, procedures not less than those prescribed in Australian Standard AS/NZS 4680:2006.
GB Galvanizing's organizational goals are as detailed in the companies Mission Statement and are assessed for their effectiveness at regular intervals to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and implementation towards their attainment has been effective.
